Unique Caves of Civita in Matera, Italy
Le Grotte dela Civita, translated in English as the Caves of Civita is a project developed in Sassi of Matera, Italy. The construction procedure started in 2006 and the project was completed three years later, in 2009. The result was this unique and luxurious hotel. It'south not like other luxury hotels. This one actually looks very different. As the proper noun suggests, the structure and the interior resembles a series of caves. The décor is very beautiful and and then is the surrounding landscape, making the hotel ane of the most beautiful destinations in the world.Sassi of Matera was declared in 1993 a world heritage site past UNESCO.

Here, houses are mixed with natural rocks and continued to big caves. The hotel and its huge caves underwent an extremely conservative restoration. The architects used only onetime materials that have been recovered from the sire and used to them to restore everything from the flooring to the furniture and bedding.

View in gallery The hotel can receive 40 guests and has a construction with three levels connected by a staircase and a organization of terraces from where independent rooms can be accessed. The outdoor features include a large archway terrace, a beautiful and all-encompassing garden with plants and flowers and a vegetable garden, also the astonishing surrounding mural. Guests can enjoy fresh water, fresh fruit, romantic candles, cozy rock fireplaces, tours, massages and, of course, internet access.
